We worked with Alexion Pharmaceuticals, parents and patients to co-produce this resources for children aged 6-10 years of age.  It is an interactive resource designed to appeal to children – and explains what atypical HUS is to help children’s understanding of the condition.  It can be read out loud by parents to a child, or the children themselves can create their own avatar, and follow the on-screen instructions which takes them on an adventure through a magical land.  Throughout the journey, the “secrets” of aHUS are revealed.  It is a fun, interactive and informative resource.
